The world has been suffering from the water crisis for more than 20 years, and scientists are now starting to recognize the problem as a global problem.
That’s not the case with the green-water issue.
It’s the water industry that’s the real problem, according to a new report from the Environmental Integrity Institute.
The report says that in the United States alone, the number of water users who have to pay to clean up polluted water is estimated at 4,200,000.
That number could go up as the number that needs to pay increases due to drought, rising costs for water treatment and the new water rules that are coming into effect next year.
In the report, researchers say that it’s the clean-water industry that is causing the problem and that the water sector is in the middle of the problem.
“The clean-up industry is not only responsible for a disproportionate share of the global water pollution, but also the most significant contributor to the problem,” the report said.
And, according the report’s authors, the clean water industry is the biggest culprit behind the problem, with water companies spending more than $50 billion annually on water pollution and environmental damage.
“The biggest water polluters in the world are the biggest water importers in the country,” the authors wrote.
It’s the same water that is being treated for use by the clean energy industry, but the report says the clean industry has a disproportionate role in water pollution.
There are over 500 water companies, or more than a quarter of the total water use in the U.S., according to the report.
They make up just 1 percent of the water use, or just 1.2 percent of total water consumption.
“A lot of the people that are doing the pollution aren’t in the clean environment, so they have to go to the dirty environment,” said the report author, Richard Dube.
Dube is the founder and CEO of the nonprofit Environmental Integrity and a senior fellow at the Cato Institute.
He is also the director of the Center for Energy and Environment at the American Enterprise Institute, a think tank that is closely aligned with the conservative Heritage Foundation.
He said the water companies have been getting away with what they are doing for decades.
He said that is the way the clean companies operate.
“The dirty water is being used by the dirty water,” Dube said.
“And that is just an indictment of the system.”
In response to the study, the Environmental Protection Agency said it is taking a holistic approach to water pollution problems.
EPA spokesman Brian Egan told Reuters that EPA is looking at water pollution issues as a whole and the Clean Water Act as an overarching approach to address water pollution from industry and other sources.
“This report is just one of many to help inform the EPA’s comprehensive water pollution solutions that are making progress,” Egan said.
In recent years, the EPA has also proposed new regulations for the water and wastewater industry, which have resulted in increased regulation and enforcement of those rules.
The EPA is also looking at new ways to protect water and waste from pollution.
“We’ve identified the clean and green water industry as a significant source of pollution,” the EPA said in a statement.
“We’re taking action to protect these industries from the impacts of pollution from other sources.”
